How to use Advanced Support
Advanced support is credit-based, and each credit is tied to a specific domain.
Credits can be purchased from your domain Control Panel at a cost of €60.00 + VAT per year for each credit.
To use Advanced support, you must have at least one credit available. Once your ticket is opened, it will be handled by one of our operators who will then inform you when it is closed.
Requirements
To use advanced support, you need to have the Managed WordPress Hosting or Managed WooCommerce Hosting service and be in possession of at least one credit.
Ticket
Open a ticket from your control panel.
Resolution
One of our operators will be responsible for the ticket and provide any necessary notifications and information.
