How to use advanced support

Advanced support is based on the use of credits, with each credit linked to a specific domain.

Credits can be bought from your domain’s Control Panel for €60.00 + VAT/year for each credit.

To use advanced support, you will need to have at least one credit available. Once your ticket is open, it will be handled by one of our operators who will then inform you when it has been closed.

Requirements

To use advanced support, you need to have the Managed WordPress Hosting or Managed WooCommerce Hosting service and be in possession of at least one credit.

Ticket

Open a ticket from your control panel.

Resolution

One of our operators will be responsible for the ticket and provide any necessary notifications and information.
